Excuse the messy desk but these were toppers in the making।
I used the Accucut bear die and shaded him with chalks and rub ons and finishing off with a detailer pen।
I used sizzix heart die cut and shaded with chalks and rub ons and attatched wire stem to make the balloon which i attatched with sticky foam pads.
Added assorted satine ribbons and attatched heart brad.
